Each Federation is responsible to obtain for their delegation the appropriate entry documentation.

It is strongly recommended that visa applications are lodged well in advance (at least 6 to 8 weeks) of your intended travel date.

• - Full name, nationality, date of birth
• - Passport number, delivery and expiry date
• - Arrival and departure dates (if known)
• - In which embassy/consulate the visa request will be done
